Welcome to the Street Origins Creds Program. Our loyalty program is designed to reward customers for shopping, engaging with our community, and being part of the Street Origins journey.

By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Membership

Participation in the Street Origins Rewards Program is free. Customers may create an account on the Street Origins UK website to begin earning and redeeming points.

Only one rewards account is permitted per customer. Points, rewards, and tier status are non-transferable.

2. Earning Points

Members can earn points through eligible purchases and selected engagement activities.

Activities & Rewards

Purchase Rewards

Points earned on purchases depend on your membership tier.

Points are awarded on the order value before discounts, promotions, refunds, taxes, shipping charges, and other exclusions where applicable.

There is no limit to the number of points that can be earned.

3. Membership Tiers

Members are automatically assigned a tier based on their cumulative qualifying spend with Street Origins UK.

Original

All new members begin at the Original tier.

• Spend £200 or more with Street Origins UK

• 2 Points per £1 spent

• Spend £400 or more with Street Origins UK

Street Origins reserves the right to review, modify, or recalculate tier status if fraudulent activity, refunds, or account misuse are identified.

4. Redeeming Points

Members may redeem points for discounts on eligible purchases.

Redemption Value

25 Points = £1 GBP

Examples:

Redemption Rules

• Points may only be redeemed in increments of 25 points.

• Any points that do not form a complete 25-point increment will remain in the member's account.

• There is no maximum redemption limit per order.

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or store credit outside the Rewards Program.

Example

If a member has 340 points:

• Redeemable Points: 325

• Discount Value: £13

• Remaining Balance: 15 Points

5. Point Adjustments & Returns

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise reversed, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from the member's account.

If points earned from a refunded order have already been redeemed, Street Origins reserves the right to deduct the equivalent points from the member's account balance.

6. Birthday Rewards

Members may receive a Birthday Reward of 50 points once per calendar year.

To qualify, members must provide their birth date at least 30 days before their birthday and maintain an active rewards account.

7. Account Management

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Street Origins is not responsible for lost rewards resulting from incorrect account details, unauthorized access, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Program Abuse

Street Origins reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or remove rewards, points, or tier status from any account that:

• Violates these terms;

• Engages in fraudulent activity;

• Creates multiple accounts to gain rewards;

• Manipulates reviews, referrals, purchases, or other reward activities;

• Uses the program in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Any decision regarding program abuse shall be made at the sole discretion of Street Origins.

9. Program Changes

Street Origins reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Rewards Program, including:

• Point earning rates;

• Redemption values;

• Tier thresholds;

• Eligible reward activities;

• Program benefits and features;

at any time without prior notice.

Changes will become effective upon publication on the Street Origins website.

10. General Terms

• Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

• Points cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.

• Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms shall be made by Street Origins and shall be final.
